A bit about Transformation Prayer Ministry (TPM): (paraphrased from website)

Transformation Prayer Ministry is a tool developed by Dr. Ed Smith to help people work through their emotions by identifying the real problem and finding true and lasting relief using prayer ministry tools. However, focusing on changing the way we feel will lead to a perpetual cycle of pain management.

TPM is not about managing pain, but resolving the root problem that is the source of our pain. We view emotional pain as a means by which to address the real problem. Emotional pain is a part of the warning system God created to grab our attention and motivate us to come to Him for truth and comfort. In a sense, the pain is our friend; it first lets us know that something is wrong and then points us in the direction that we need to go order to find freedom.

This Training Seminar will introduce the basic principles used in this tool and seek to familiarize people with the concepts and reasons why this tool is formatted the way it is. This is an opportunity to learn about TPM and understand the why behind it.
