Is it scary that death doesn\u2019t scare me? When I think about dying, and the future, I\u2019m more excited to be with Jesus than anything else. I\u2019m not scared \u2013 at all. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I think this is a good thing\u2026I mean, I don\u2019t think living in fear of death my whole life is the answer, cowering away from anything that could hurt me. I would have a very boring life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
But I doubt I\u2019m supposed to be reckless with my life either. I don\u2019t need to go play chicken with a train or anything. I should rather be using the life I\u2019ve been given for God\u2019s glory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I suppose for some people, God\u2019s calling on their life can be dangerous. Sometimes it would even be deemed reckless, in cases like Corrie ten Boom\u2019s or Brother Andrew\u2019s, when God calls them to go through dangerous situations for Him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But God\u2019s calling and leading is always different than what we can come up with on our own. Where God leads us in our lives, we don\u2019t have to fear anything.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
