This week I went to Dinosaur Park for the first time in a while. What an amazing place that is! We live so nearby that I think we get a little numb to the grandeur of a place like that, which is quite tragic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
(As a fun little side-challenge, I would encourage you to, next time you go to Dinosaur Park, whether you\u2019re hiking or camping or are there for the Sunrise Service, try to look at it through a first-timer\u2019s eyes. It can completely change the way you look at the place!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sometimes we treat faith the same way we treat Dinosaur Park. \u201cBeen there, done that,\u201d or \u201cI\u2019ve seen that before.\u201d Or, worst of all, \u201cThere\u2019s nothing special about it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The truth of the matter, for both of these things, is that these statements aren\u2019t truth. Just like there are always new paths to explore and new sights to see at Dino Park, there are always<\/em> more things to learn. More things to grow in. More ways we can seek after the heart of the Lord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Faith isn\u2019t a one-stop journey. It\u2019s not something you can drink your fill of. You can always come back for more, come revel in the beauty of God, come and worship Him for who He is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Don\u2019t settle for the familiar. Don\u2019t cast aside learning new things because you think you\u2019ve seen it all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Seek the Lord.
