Last Sunday was Regional Prayer. I went in the evening, partially because I was playing guitar, and partially because I wanted to. I find, though, that often I don’t feel like going…and I’m never quite sure why. I get a lot out of it whenever I do go, but I always seem to be outlandishly tired, or I’ll mysteriously get a headache…
Secretary’s Corner 53 – November 27
Snow is pretty magical. It’s so pretty and sparkly and it completely changed to atmosphere when you wake up to a bunch of snow on the ground. I was telling someone recently that I like the concept of snow; however, I’m not the biggest fan of the practicality of snow. Like, it’s pretty to look at. From inside. Under a blanket. But up close? No can do.

I’ve been pondering growth recently. Sometimes I find that I’ve growth slowly and steadily over the course of the year, with lots of small changes adding up to a significant end result. Then there are times where things feel stagnant for a long time, and then, in a sudden turn of events, there is a dramatic shift and there is a ton of growth in like three weeks…
Secretary’s Corner 51 – November 13
What I have been thinking about specifically this week is Remembrance Day. While I was in France, I had the opportunity to visit a few battlegrounds from WWI and WWII. Two of these were Omaha Beach in Normandy and the Verdun trenches. I’ll attach four pictures of these two places at the end if I can.
